Location, Location, Location

Here is where it all will be happening!




I am in the USDA zone 9b: : 25F to 30F.  The balcony is on a 3rd floor and is facing South.  Sometimes it is windy.  The balcony is pretty small - it is 15'x8'.  I intend to use drip irrigation to water plants.  I plan to fertilize manually.

My priorities:

• Low maintenance
• Esthetics over edibility
• Would be nice to attract hummingbirds and insects.
